The clubhouse lofts consists of a reuse and addition to the buildings located at 2101 and 2107 Larimer Street. These buildings have both been identified as structures within the Ballpark Neighborhood District and the landmark Preservation District. The existing buildings have served a variety of uses in the past 100 years including: a pharmacy, barber shop, music store, restaurant, bakery, second hand furniture store, a shoe shine shop and storage for vending carts. Our project restores the historical retail use while addressing the new 21st Street/Coors Field pedestrian boulevard.  The picture below  is the transition from 1910 to 2008.

Clubhouse Lofts, LLC has selected Ryan Homes, Inc as the General Contractor and Real Architecture as the architect and consultant for this exciting project.
